(1)Service Standards(“Four Adherence”)

1) Adhere to the service tenet: “upholds neutrality, impartiality, honesty and trustworthiness, improves client satisfaction,and exerts harmonious effects”;

2)Adhere to the service means: “connects the world through e-commerce exchange,implements online and offline transaction exchange,and carries out mutually beneficial trade”;

3) Adhere to the service requirement: “innovates trade model, creates trade opportunities, realizes trade value”;

4) Stick to the service goal: “promotes domestic and foreign trade, and perfects the public service”.

(2)Service Promises (three “free” and “guarantee”)

1) The platform promises free admission, exhibition, promotion to all sellers (including manufacturers and Suppliers), and free consultation, reception, service to all buyers (including traders and purchasers)

2) The platform promises quality guarantee, service guarantee, capital guarantee for its service objects (including sellers, buyers and other service objects)
